Solid experience of creative audio production and content creation across a range of roles and contexts. I have worked collaboratively with spoken word, visual and music artists to produce engaging content in podcast, video and radio advert formats. I go the extra mile to achieve polished production outcomes and have a great eye and ear for finding original/ fresh arrangements out of raw audio-visual material. Passion driven, my work is versatile and I enjoy engaging with challenging or topical issues, e.g. BLM or socioeconomic issues. I have led interviews, chaired conversation panels, worked creatively on short films, co-created a platform to showcase upcoming artists and I produce my own music.
I created a brand new sound for Ujima radio station and drew on my excellent people skills to empower pathways into the industry through the training, advocacy and mentorship schemes. This was extended at UWE Bristol, where I worked with Journalist students to facilitate their Newsroom sessions.
Proficient in Adobe Audition, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Logic Pro X, Pro Tools and Myriad v4 & 5 Playout.
Other companies I have worked for include Crack Magazine, Rife Magazine, Academy 7, The Architecture Centre, Audio Content Fund, Grayling PR, UWE Bristol and The Sound Town.
